1) No charge shall be made where notice of cancellation is received by Expert Soft Trainings before start date of the course. Refund of amount will be done within in 3Working Days.

2) 50% of the fee will be charged as cancellation charge where notice of the cancellation is received by Expert Soft Trainings before 50% of the course. Refund of amount will be done within in 3Working Days.

3) 100% fee will be charged as cancellation fee where either no notice of cancellation is received or the same is received after after 50% of the course.

4) Trainer or service provider may decide to give a refund during this period. Expert Soft Trainings may still consider the validity of refund claims up to a certain period from the date of training and may issue a refund at its absolute discretion.
